Senior-led by design, not by accident

Most agencies are shaped like a pyramid: a few senior people at the top, a wide base of juniors doing the day-to-day. It is an efficient way to sell hours. It is a poor way to make good decisions.

The tower, not the pyramid

We structure teams around senior planners who stay on the account from brief to campaign close. No work passes down a chain until it loses its edge. Clients get expertise, EQ and commercial understanding applied directly to their challenge.

It costs more to staff this way. It is also the only honest way to promise better judgement — and judgement is what compounds in the fifth age of media.
